How do I find my tracking number?
You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your package is processed through our shipment system.
Open the tracking email and click on the tracking number link to see the current shipping status of your order. Please check your spam folder if the automated email does not arrive in your inbox.
You can also find your tracking number if you logged in while placing your order. (If you checked out as a guest, you are unable to do these steps.)
- Login to your Crown Bees Customer Account
- Select the "My Orders" tab in the left column of your account page under "My Dashboard"
- Select the "View" link next to the order number that you would like to check
